This has not been the best year..

And if shit keeps going the way it is, I'm going to lose my Mother.

A little bit of explanation is in order..

See. Earlier this year my Mother lost a brother due to him being "sick" (He was a quadra I believe or had cancer (not sure) but he lived 11 1/2 years longer then they gave him) and it tore her to pieces..

To make matters worse, her niece (whom she was close to) was killed the weekend after his funeral in a car accident (possible homicide but we still don't know yet, it is at least vehicular manslaughter)

Now we got a phone call today her brother is in the hospital.. He had a massive stroke sometime last night (possibly in his sleep) and they're claiming he's brain dead. On top of that, even if he isn't (they're getting a neurologist to look at him more closely and see if anything can be done) he has pneumonia.

It eats her up and is making her upset too much and too hard.. She had o take a nitroglicirin pill earlier..

Granted we all knew this time was creeping up (My mother is in her mid fifty's and all of her siblings are older then her, the oldest being 18+ older), but if it doesn't stop it's going to end up killing my mother before she is supposed to go. [img]frown.gif[/img]

He was found on the floor this morning, not in bed (probably got up early)

Had the stroke this morning.

The Neuro. said that it was the worst stroke he's ever seen.

He is, officially, brain dead.

My aunt opted for the surgery but the neuro. said he won't do it cause it will do no good.

The neuro. had said that his brain stem is bleeding, along with bleeding in every blood vessel in his brain.
